HTML / CSS Work: Portfolio Website

As apart of my Digital Communications bachelor’s certificate from Sheridan College, I’ve taken beginner, intermediate and advanced web design courses. In these classes, I’ve acquired knowledge of front-end development, primarily, HTML/CSS—with foundational understanding of javascript. This specific example includes a portfolio website that I coded using Adobe Dreamweaver. I designed this website using HTML/CSS design properties as well as the Bootstrap framework to develop a more responsive design for mobile and web. All visual art and images shown on the website were self-produced.

Graphic Design / Print Work

In my final year of university, I wrote an editorial essay on the ‘undesirable’ tropes and stereotypes of Black women presented throughout mainstream media. I designed a fictionalized magazine to pair with the paper.
